If an issue arises within 12 months as a direct result of our work, we will return and rectify it promptly, at no additional cost.

This includes:

• Installation and build quality

• Labour-related defects

• Work not meeting agreed project specifications

What’s Not Covered

To remain clear and transparent, the following are not covered under our workmanship guarantee:

• Materials and products (covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable)

• General wear and tear over time

• Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors

• Any alterations or work carried out by third parties after completion
